Whites and Rosés should be drunk when young, between 2 and 3 years maximum. Degustation :
to be served between 8 and 11 °C. With its typical flinty taste of and its bouquet this full-bodied wine is signed « Cassis Bodin ».
Recommended side-dish : Guinea fowl fricassee with Porcini mushrooms.
