Cepage : Cinsault 50%, Grenache 40%, Mourvèdre 10%
Garde : Whites and Rosés should be drunk when young, between 2 and 3 years maximum.
Degustation : To be served between 8 and 11°C. It has a colour of an acid drop, is very fresh with a taste of strawberries and almonds.
Recommended side-dish : Guinea fowl fricassee with Porcini mushrooms
