Garde : Whites and Rosés should be drunk when young, between 2 and 3 years maximum.
Degustation : to be served between 8 and 11° C. Its colour is clear, the nose is fruity with a perfume of white flowers. With an elegant mouthfeeling, the wine is well balanced with still a touch of white flowers, honey and almond .
Recommended side-dish : Guinea fowl fricassee with Porcini mushrooms.
