Cepage : Marsanne, Ugni blanc, Clairette, Sauvignon
Garde : 5 years minimum evolving towards aromas of honey and grilled toast. Fat and roundness will become apparent.
Degustation : To be served between 8 and 10°C. It's colour is brilliant with green gleams and the nose reveals a touch of white flowers, citrus and exotic fruit (jasmine, mock orange, lime, pineapple). It's mouthfeeling is silky, round and long.
Recommended side-dish : crayfish terrine in ham juice and basil.
