Cepage : Ugni blanc 33%, Clairette 34%, Marsanne 33 %
Garde : : the white wine stays young and fresh for 3 years and may pass the 4 and 5 years mark becoming a delicious product , round , with a perfume of quince, honey and cooked fruit.
Degustation : to serve fresh between 8 and 10 °C. Brilliant and clear colour for this wine which has a nose of lime-blossom and an aftertaste of hazelnut and a discreet acidity.
Recommended side-dish : pan of mussels with tomatoes and fresh herbs.
