Cinsault 34%, Grenache 33%, Mourvèdre 33% Garde :
3 years at the most for Rosé wines. Degustation :
to serve fresh between 8 and 10 °C. Beautiful pale rose colour, nose slightly flavoured with aniseed, weakly iodized mouthfeel, charming and fruity.
Recommended side-dish : pan of mussels with tomatoes and fresh herbs.
