Domaine la Dona Tigana Rosé

Whites and Rosés should be drunk when young, between 2 and 3 years maximum. Degustation :
Should also be served between 10 and 12°C. The colour is a pale, frank rosé, the nose reveals fresh fruit (peaches, mangos, strawberries). The wine is smooth and elegant in the mouth.
Recommended side-dish : Carpaccio of salted tomatoes and aubergine compote spiced up with coriander.
