Garde : 2 to 4 years. One year is necessary for optimizing the aroma .
Degustation : To be served cool between 10 and 12° C. The colour is yellow and golden, brilliant and clear. The nose exhibits white flowers and citrus fruit. Fresh and rich mouthfeeling and deep, smooth aftertaste.
Recommended side-dish : clams broth with lemon confit.
