Degustation : To be served between 8 and 10° C. Bright and brilliant with shades of lemon and gold. The nose is elaborate with touches of citrus fruit, white flowers and garrigue * scents (rockrose and box tree). Fleshy when it reaches your palate, it has body and length in the mouth, somewhat bitteracid but perfectly balanced. A gourmet wine, pleasant when young but promising for 2-3 more years.
Recommended side-dish : cuttlefish stew with cebette onions.
