Château Pibarnon Rosé

Terroir : Pibarnon, located between the villages of Saint-Cyr sur Mer and La Cadière d'Azur is fully facing the south and the west. The north is protected by the Sainte-Baume massif and in the east you find the village of Le Castellet. The total area has 47 hectares of which 33 are vine-planted and 2 await plantation. Marlstone and limestone soil which give to the wines their fine tannins, the powerful and complex bouquet, elegance and balance.
Cepage : Mourvèdre 50%, Cinsault 50%.
Garde : 5 years maximum
Degustation : salmon rose colour – the nose exhibits mediterranean garrigue scents – flinty – floral – spiced – fullbodied with a fleshy aftertaste although being elegant. To be drunk as aperitif. ties from Prov
Proposed side-dish : grilled lamb, specialities from Provence.
