
Alain de Montillet has been at the head of the Quatre Vents estate since 1973, a family structure of 10 ha currently being converted to organic farming, which has produced blackcurrants since the creation of the AOC in 1936.
A pleasant floral expression (wisteria, yellow flowers) emerges from the glass. In the mouth, a quite honorable volume and balance around a fruity freshness, with enough fat and roundness.
